Step 4 Reliabuilt® Replacement engine

There are two replacement options available for Series 60 and MBE 4000 engines. Choose the best option based on equipment and lead time requirements:

¾ Engine Assembly

  • The ideal choice for someone who needs a replacement engine installed quickly, since the ¾ engine should be in existing inventory

POWER Choice Remanufactured Engine

  • An exact duplicate of the current engine based on the original serial number, and a great option for scheduled overhauls with at least four weeks of lead time

Series 60 and MBE 4000

  • Cylinder block complete with all internal components
  • Timing gear train
  • Flywheel housing
  • Front motor mount
  • Complete cylinder head assembly
  • Rocker cover
  • Fuel injectors
  • Oil distribution system
  • Oil pan
  • Water pump

The ¾ engine can be trimmed out to a Power Choice engine by adding the following components:

  • Exhaust manifold
  • Turbocharger
  • ECM with sensors and harnesses
  • Fuel pump and fuel lines
  • Flywheel
  • EGR valve and cooler (if applicable)

**EGR customers must replace EGR valve and EGR cooler to complete a Step 4 (if applicable)

  • Cash Back option: $750 instead of Power Protection Plan
