Retrofit Project Coordinator job duties

Vehicle verification, Datalogging and measuring exhaust.
-Review fleet profiles in excel and establish a list of vehicles to inspect or datalog.
-Contact customers to schedule vehicle inspection and datalogger installation.
-Install/remove dataloggers in exhaust of truck, download data.
-inspect vehicle for exhaust inlet/outlet diameters, configuration and size to determine if a Donaldson system will fit
- review datalogger data, exaust configuration and suggest retrofit device.

Record Keeping
-Update records with customers contact information
-Maintain records of all phone conversations as well as each customers progress with this project.
-Maintain records of all fleet profiles, make sure that they are up to date
-Maintain records of all exhausts quoted or trucks exempted.

Required Skills
-Must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Excel
-Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive
-Must have basic mechanical skills
-Must be willing to work outside in dirty conditions.
